Preparing your kids for the Future!

When parents talk about camp, most often they focus on the friendships their kids create, the new skills they develop and the smiles on their faces when they get home at the end of the summer. Stories about camp mates and counselors and Triathlon and scavenger hunts warm the hearts of moms and dads across the country as August comes to a close. Additionally, the real LONG TERM “take-aways” from camp may not be put into words and may not even be realized until many years after a child’s summer camp experience. Who would have thought that the experiences of a childhood at camp would spill over to influence a successful college career?
